DEPOSIT DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOOKING. Deposit is only refundable if
customer cancels 30 days or more before trip date. No refunds will be
given within 30 days of the trip date.
Multiple
boat trips must be paid in full 30 days prior to the trip. A 50%
non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days of the booking date. No
refunds will be given within 30 days of the trip date.
All
money will be refunded due to inclement weather. We will make every effort
to cancel trips in advance. However, unforeseen weather conditions are
possible and may result in cancellations at the dock.
If weather prevents an offshore trip, and an inshore trip is available, customers
will be taken on an inshore trip at the inshore rate.
